    Nowadays , everyone is looking for the right diet, and what to do to lose weight. Some will follow celebrities’ and influencers’ advise, by doing the famous Keto, Vegan diet and others follow some famous nutritionist for the low carb diets or intermediate fasting diets or other type of diets.

    Following these roles mentioned above will give you the shape you dream about , but its gonna be hard and expensive, it will take a tremendous amount of time and money and you should have these two factors before starting any challenge. Otherwise it will not work , believe me I heard so many stories of people following celebrities’ diets and types and famous nutritionists. Yet, they failed because of the lack of resources, time and sometimes they can’t handle it anymore.

    Starting strict and specific diet can be hard sometimes, specially for someone who has limited free time, stressful work , complex relationship or taken care of family.

    Because all this element mentioned above can be a huge obstacle in your diet journey .

    For this reason I prefer name a diet by a healthy lifestyle as is not just a diet for me its more than looking to lose weight is to live a happy and healthy lifestyle too.

    Starting a diet is not just let’s do it task. It’s hard work with a plan you build gradually through your journey, to stay with you for your whole life.

    before you start any kind of diet , I advise people to make a general assessment of their life. check 3 important factors before engaging in any diet or enrolling on any gym plan .

    The first step is to do a health check with your doctor .

    Second step financial check .

    third step environment check .

    Every person has a different body and the way our body react to food is very different and complex process , sometimes even science can’t explain it.

    for this reason , visiting the doctor for general check up and blood test , give you an idea about your health situation and what do you need to work on in order Strat a healthy diet .

    for example, people with diabètes have different type of diets because there are different type of diabetes. you can’t just create you own diet before understand your body needs and work on your body weakness and sickness.

    Once you have your answers and knowledge about your body health, you can start a diet that works with your body and your health situation, by following your doctor advise and request a nutrition referral .

    however, depending where do you live in which country you are , sometimes this services are not covered by the government or private insurance .

    in this situation you have to start your plan by yourself , do some reach an google some advise and information to make your own plan that work with your own health. and this take us to the second deck which is the financial one.

    I believe that the financial situation it is a very important factor in any diet plan . You can’t start a diet that you can’t afford it. And the important thing is you don’t put your self under a financial stress to follow an expensive diet that you had to give up later because you have a tight budget .

    In order to finance your diet , you could review all your expenses , bills and recalculate your budget and make a new financial plan, to use special for your diet .

    once you clarified your financial situation, you need to associate your financial and health diet with your lifestyle which take us to the 3rd check .

    For this reason, it’s important to be surrounded by people who loves you, encourage you and support you life change.

    It’s important to be surrounded by positive thinker people , and most important is you don’t be afraid to be alone. Because sometimes you need time by your self, to discover who you are and what are your capacity , weakness . Even talking to your self its like a personal therapy. It help you build your confidance , and make a deal and piece with your self.

    your diet and health has to be for life, not just for period of time , where you want to lose couple of kilograms and that is it. it’s a lifestyle you choose to start a new life .

    The best diet I heard many positive outcome and read a lot about is and tried personally is the Mediterranean diet.

    Why ?

    Because it include the health, the food and the environment which are the 3 important factors and the secret ingredience for the successful diet.
